HIFU
High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) is non-invasive skin tightening and lifting treatment. HIFU delivers focused ultrasound energy deep into the skin layers, reaching the SMAS layer, which is located just below the dermis and above the underlying muscle.
This process heats the tissue to a temperature that stimulates collagen production and induces tissue contraction.
As the collagen rebuilds, the skin becomes firmer and more lifted. This tightening effect can help improve skin laxity and reduce the appearance of sagging.
HIFU can effectively target various areas of the face.
